High Speed Medium-sized Tablet Press The LIBRA 2 has consistently shown an unmatched capacity for compressing difficult products. With its generous 80kN pre-compression capability and wide speed range, the LIBRA has proven applicable to the various demands of the customers around the world.
Product Features
It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 8 ton pre & main compression rollers, and 7.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 10～100 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 36 station press of 21,600 to 216,000 tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W840mm×D940mm×H1,750mm.
The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
