Very compact for a machine of its output. The NEW GEMINI provides user friendly operation for change parts, cleaning, and controls. The high grade stainless-coated exterior and KANIGEN coated interior are both standard features.
Product Features
It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 8 ton pre & main compression rollers, and 7.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 20~80 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 55 (67) station press of 132,000 to 528,000 (160,800 to 643,200) tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W1,200mm×D1,200mm×H1,935mm.
The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
