NEW GEMINI 1545
High Tonnage Rotary Tablet Press
The NEW GEMINI 1545 is a double sided machine which has a capability for high tonnage compression production. It is equipped 50kN pre and 150kN main compression rollers for large and difficult-to-compress product. Also the NEW GEMINI 1545 has a capability of Bi-layer tableting as option, by simple & easy module exchange.
Product Features
It has D type keyed upper punch sockets, 5 ton pre and 15ton main compression rollers, and 11kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 20~60 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 45 station press of 108,000 to 324,000 tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W1,200mm×D1,200mm×H1,935mm.
The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
