High Tonnage Rotary Tablet Press
The HERCULES 2 is equipped with 50kN pre and 150kN main compression rollers which, along with its sturdy design, makes it the perfect machine for large and difficult-to-compress products.
Product Features
It has D type keyed upper punch sockets, 5 ton pre and 15ton main compression rollers, and 7.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 20-60 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 29 station press of 34,800 to 104,400 tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W840mm×D940mm×H1,870mm.
The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
