KIKUSUI LIBRA-3L is a Tri-layer Single-sided rotary tablet press, especially for pilot plant & small scale production use.
It can produce tri-layer tablet with 3 different feed frames and compression rollers.
Product Features
It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 1 ton 1st & 2nd compression, 5 ton main compression rollers, and 5.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 10-30 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 36 station press of 21,600 to 64,800 tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx. W840mm×D940mm×H1,685mm.
The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
